If you know me in real life, you’d know I’m one of the most romantic people out there. I get kilig over the shallowest things – even if it’s happening to someone else. I believe in happily ever afters and great loves. I turn into mush when a sweet line is uttered (even if it’s just from a song!) or a sweet gesture is done even in passing (when a person genuinely smiles when he sees you). So you know how much a big deal Valentines is for me. Well, let’s just say that I learned something today. Just because something doesn’t happen the way you want it to doesn’t mean it’s not gonna happen at all. The stereotype that guys don’t care should be thrown out the window because they do care. Maybe not about this Hallmark holiday but they care about you and they actually like making you happy. ♥ 
I realized I’ve had 3 constant Valentines for the past years – my mom, my boyfriend, and myself. Thus, I promised myself a pair of wedges from local shoe brand to watch out for, Das. Hahaha!
I’m so excited for our shoot tomorrow! I can’t wait to see my vision come to life. 🙂

  14. Happy Valentine's =) The flowers are gorgeous and I love your shorts, so pretty! I've definitely been looking out for myself this V day but I agree that boys do care and can always surprise you when you least expect it

I love this: "Just because something doesn't happen the way you want it to doesn't mean it's not gonna happen at all." you are SO right! today, I was completely bothered and mad (and acting silly) with my boyfriend whilst I saw my boss and co-worker get gifted with balloons and flowers and I kept thinking how he didn't care or bother anymore (after almost 7 years) and later in the day, to my surprise, my car was decorated with roses and he'd written love notes all over! I was shocked and happy and felt sillier than ever, ha
