If I had to use only one word to describe backstage dynamics, it has got to be “yellow”. In my 1 year (oh dear, I wasn’t able to celebrate my fashion birthday!) working with Luis as an apprentice and then associate, I have been witness to the sheer brilliance of the people working behind the scenes. From the ideas exchanged in pre-production meetings, to the output executed in the shoot, there is never a dull and uncreative moment. They really are as stellar as yellow. 🙂 There is an abundance of talent in the Philippine fashion industry, there’s no doubt about that, but in the end it’s the person’s character that will dictate how bright his or her star will shine. A priceless lesson to learn on my first birthday. 🙂
