I admit that I’m not the best person to put nail polish on as my hand and nail usage usually results into chipped off polish. That, however, never stopped me from having my nails painted coz I’m girly and maarte like that, haha! Was really thrilled when I got invited to Posh Nails’ Pampering Session for bloggers last week. It was a mid-week treat I certainly appreciated as work schedule has been jam-packed lately. Best part is, they’re open til 12 midnight so for the other busy bees out there, you have no excuse. 😉 I really enjoyed my stay in Posh Nails Tomas Morato and I definitely left the salon recharged and with added chic points to boot. Posh Nails president Cat Ilacad got it right “there’s something about hands and feet grooming that when you’re stressed, negative feeling is eased out”. I attribute this to the pretty colors on your hands and feet. 😉 Here’s a little photo diary of my Posh Nails experience:
their couches with plush velvet pillows are absolutely cozy. i mean, who likes getting their nails done in uncomfy chairs, right?!
tower of color. they have a wide assortment of colors and brands to choose from.
here’s the Katy Perry OPI collection with the OPI shatter
China Glaze samples. I’m lovin’ the sorbet colors <3
and the Justin Bieber One Less Lonely Girl collection from Nicole by OPI (!!!! please support me and my cousin’s Justin Bieber Project by tweeting @justinbieber the link, hahaha!)

snacks were also served and I got my fill of my usual cravings: something sweet (caramel popcorn) and something salty (cheese curls)

drinks were served according to the Themed Service assigned, and here’s my refreshing Tutti Frutti drink

the drink was served with this super cute coaster

the Tutti Frutti Themed Service started with a foot soak followed by a foot spa
followed by the OPI Tropical Citrus scrub

and then a pedicure by their trained nail technicians

opted for black coz I wanted it to match the OPI Shattered I chose for my finger nails

I really wanted to try this one ever since I saw it in some international fashion bloggers’ digits

but after this picture with Aisa was taken, Miss Anita, the technician informed me that the OPI Shatter bottle was already empty 🙁
I then decided to go for “My Lifesaver” from the Justin Bieber collection so I’ll be one less lonely girl 😉
the finished product. 🙂 didn’t ask them to re-do my toes anymore coz my mom was waiting for me. but this irony is so “Reg”, yes?
the stereotype is true, getting your nails done = girl bonding 🙂
Aisa taking a picture of Aie taking pictures 🙂 Melai, on the other hand, is mid-pose for Krissy
Krissy taking photos. I wasn’t able to take more pics of everyone after this anymore 🙁
but here’s everyone else though: Aie, KrissyAisaAvaMelaiLloyda 🙂
the people who made it possible: Ms. Anita, my super skilled and caring technician who even lent me slippers and accompanied me to the car. Ms Cat Ilacad the president and founder of Posh Nails, Ms Faye, and the Posh Nails Tomas Morato store manager. 🙂 With their superb service and the fact that it’s pretty near my place, I’m definitely gonna go back soon!
the Themed Service is P600 for the hands and P675 for the feet. you may also want to check out their other services. 🙂
If you need to destress or you simply need to add some posh in your life, visit Posh Nails in one of their 11 branches nationwide. 🙂 Visit their website and add them on Facebook 🙂
