KEEP ME WHERE THE LIGHT IS

When I said 2012 was for #TravelLight, I also meant it as separate words. Travel and Light. I think my blog and twitter are testament enough of my desire to Travel so I’ll elaborate on my quest for Light. 🙂 I asked for the Paulo Coelho box set last Christmas and I’m currently in the process of reading each and every novel in the order that it came out, starting with The Pilgrimage. The book, like his others, talks about how to live life. I know not everyone likes him, but his words have always been a source of inspiration to me and his simple philosophies have been something I’ve embraced for the longest time. Reading (and rereading) his works strengthens my personal convictions and makes me want to go out there and live my life accordingly. I think everyone needs that in 2012 – the impetus to live an inspired life, Paulo Coelho or not. 😉

And oh, I didn’t plan on mimicking the colors of the book cover and I only realized it as I laid the copy on my lap when I entered the car. I guess the side effects of Coelho are already showing. 🙂
