{soiree top, forever 21 skirt, mags shoes}

This is what I wore yesterday to the “Alumnae Talk” in my alma mater, Miriam College High School. Was in pink coz I was from the pink batch, and lucky me, I got to share my experience not just to a pink batch class, but also my section back in second year: II-8! 😀 I’m not the wisest of all but if there’s one thing I’ve learned in highschool (and beyond), it’s to follow your heart. Since today is hearts day, I figured I’d share with you some of the things I told them 🙂

– Do what you love. Join clubs even if your friends are not there. Choose a course that interests you. It’s easier to live with the regrets others have for you than with the regrets you have for yourself.
– There will be setbacks but it will all be worth it if it’s for something you’re passionate about. The road less travelled is less travelled for a reason. But if it’s something you really want, the journey would not keep you from your destination.
– If you have someone you enjoy talking to and actually look forward talking to, INVITE HIM TO PROM. 😉

Then the love life questions came but that’s between me and II-8. :))

Thank you so much II-8!!! You guys were all awesome! 🙂

    And I agree 100% with this one. "There will be setbacks but it will all be worth it if it's for something you're passionate about. The road less travelled is less travelled for a reason. But if it's something you really want, the journey would not keep you from your destination." Well said. <3

    I'm proud of you! Keep doing what you love.

    oh and Happy Valentine's!
