Hi guys! Let’s help Pawel Androsiuk fund his studies at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Belgium

PAWEL who?
Back in 2011, I participated in AIESEC Bialystok’s Enter Your Future project wherein I, along with 4 fabulous ladies from Georgia, Ukraine, and Argentina, conducted workshops in the different high schools to promote cultural awareness, as well as youth empowerment. The city, the people, the memories and the friendships were beyond amazing. That was honestly one of the best times of my life and I will always look back on that period with deep fondness. 🙂

Pawel was one of the students I met in Bialystok. We were assigned to I Liceum Ogólnokształcące, which according to my sources, happens to be the top school in Bialystok (no biases though, I love all the LOs we worked with♥︎). We got to spend the morning with their class as seen above, and although it’s a bit of a blur now, I distinctly remember Pawel. Not because he was calling attention to himself, I don’t think we even got to chat then, but because my fashion spidey senses tingled. One look at Pawel, you’ll know that he’s in fashion. A few weeks later, we bumped into him and a classmate at the city center near the raspberry lody place where they greeted us, unsure if we still recognised them. How can I not?! Here was this teenager who looks like he was plucked out from a hip metropolitan city or a Topman (when it was still grunge) catalogue.

Turns out my fashion spidey senses were right. He has been interning for fashion houses in Warsaw and London since 2010, showcasing collections in Bialystok fashion week, joining and winning(!) international competitions, and now, he’s admitted to the prestigious Royal Academy of Fine Arts. I’ve always found him fashion forward and now is our chance to help further forward his fashion career. Let’s help him fund his studies by contributing to his Indiegogo Fundraiser and by creating buzz for his campaign. Please do spread the word! This guy deserves to be in Antwerp. I can’t wait to see what Pawel Androsiuk has in store for the rest of the world.

xx
