Even if there’s technically no spring in Singapore (or the Philippines, for that matter), the internet’s spring fling is in full swing and this blog is ready to join the lovefest. Starting it off with pretty cherry blossoms from last year (clickety here) which have in recent times been the poster child of the season. Not that I’m complaining, it really is stunning.

Spring is a time for new beginnings and for blooming into one’s potential. As such, it’s the perfect time to “launch” this blog’s new design.

TADA!

I’ve been overhauling this blog these past few days to reflect who I’ve become and who I want to be. Of course, there’s still so much to be done with the revamp – tweaking links and codes and whatnot, but aesthetic-wise, I got what I was going for. Bolder, refined, grown up yet still laidback and playful. Not really cookie-cutter but, I’m not quite the cookie-cutter blogger either. It’s a proud display of being comfortable in one’s own skin, no matter how different it seems.

As with everything in life, the outside must always be a reflection of the inside. It’s time to spring clean for cobwebs lying around routines and bad habits. It’s time to breathe new life into each day and to develop discipline and grit when it comes to following through. What better reminder than seeing something you have personally done and worked hard for reflect who you are and who you want to be?

I AM SO EXCITED FOR WHAT’S TO COME!!

What about you? Anything special lined up for spring?  Have you been having a spring in your step? Anything you’re looking forward? Let’s get excited about it below!

I’m finally seeing a specialist doctor tomorrow just to get peace of mind regarding my breathing. As normal as my days are, I have been having problems when I lie down to sleep. I’m sure it’s nothing but when it comes to these things, I’ve learned it’s better to get checked up.

Have a great rest of the week, everyone!
