Any foodie will tell you that dining in one of the world’s most decorated chefs’ restaurant is a bucket list experience in itself, but what more if it’s his namesake restaurant and a current holder of THREE Michelin stars? Talk about major life moment!! I was over the moon when we got that call from Restaurant Gordon Ramsay saying that a table freed up. Somebody pinch me! I honestly thought that getting on the wait list was pointless; it was a long shot but if there’s anything the whole London 2015 trip taught me, it was that anything could happen. Even your wildest and craziest dreams of watching X Factor live, feasting on Gordon Ramsay’s food, and just actually going to London in December.
