{forever 21 dress, diy vest}
Was supposed to use this for this week’s Stylebible.ph Bloggers Challenge but I forgot to send it :/ haha Thought I’d inject a touch of the 90’s to this dress by throwing on an oversized denim vest (challenge was on denim). “Clarissa Explains It All”, anyone? 😉 I remember hurrying from school so that I can watch Clarissa Darling’s adventures back to back with Kenan and Kel and Hey Arnold. Those were the days! Everything’s so simple when you’re a kid and I guess that’s one of the reasons we get so nostalgic about the decade we grew up in. We go back to it from time to time (be it in movies, music, and fashion) because it takes us to a point when everything was easy… And it’s nice being reminded that life hasn’t been and will not always be complicated. 😉

Love your denim vest! You definitely tied in the '90's look with those shoes. Love the outfit. And I agree with what you said, everything was so simple when we were kids. Whenever my favorite childhood TV shows or movies come on, I get so nostalgic and wish I was still a kid 🙂
