I still remember the first time I discovered a UAAP game, it was back in first year highschool. I had nothing better to do one random Sunday afternoon and as I was switching channels, a basketball game caught my eye. I don’t really follow basketball (except for a season of PBA, thanks to my yaya) but I still tuned in and found myself rooting for the Blue Eagles. They lost that game, but they ended up being that season’s Champions. ๐Ÿ™‚ Looking back, it wasn’t the sport that drew me in – it was Ateneo in itself. *cue in Mary for youuuu, haha*

Anyway, let’s cut the cheese! I’ve watched my first live game for this season last Sunday (I know, a shocker, if you know me personally). It’s just that I’ve been really busy this year ๐Ÿ™ But how can I pass up a chance to watch an Ateneo-LaSalle game?! If you’re from the Philippines, you’d know about the Ateneo-LaSalle rivalry. Watching a game live is a must! My favorite would the first championship game back in 2002, the Larry Fonacier blocks were epic!!! Okay I have to stop now. Hahahaha and I don’t even know schmiz about basketball, haha!

LaSalle’s Animo Squad. I actually have a favorite LaSalle cheer! Hahaha! The “Go La Salle, Go La Salle, Go La Salle, La Salle, La Salle” – it’s super catchy and quite cute (unless LaSalle is winning – I’ve experienced that btw, this cheer got really annoying)

saw this sign, got curious
distracting shoes!!!

Congrats Blue Eagles!!! ๐Ÿ™‚
