{shopRTF shirt, diy cutoff, ecco boots, h&m beanie ; thanks Melai‘s JR for snapping my pics}

Decided to dress the part during last week’s Indie Fridays at Il Ponticello. I got asked which band I was with and I went over the moon (I’m a frustrated lead vocalist, oo talagang lead vocalist hahahaha) but once the performers took the stage, wala na, I’ll just hide under my beanie. :)) Hahaha Cheers to everyone who was part of Indie Fridays. Big shoutout goes to Melai, Aisa, Ana, Mark and Pat. Lots of talent and good vibes in one night!! Na zdrowie!:) (ps- what’s cheers in Filipino? haha)

early birds

first for the night

DJ Boom and Melai aka the girl we should all thank for Indie Fridays 🙂

RomCom – it was Tin, the lead vocalist, who asked what band I was with during “registration”. After hearing her sing, umm, bye bye hopes of ever becoming one hahaha she’s really good!

The Slinks – their vintage sound is really one of a kind! they even had props/visual aids 🙂

Dae and Reese (aka Too Many Koreans – hahaha) – loooved their Sunday Morning soundcheck! 🙂

Pat, Aisa, DJ Boom, Mark

cheers!

 color-coordinated Aisa -> from the lime to the outfit!

Reese and Vica – amazing! and all the different instruments they used too!
The Walkie Talkies – it’s always a treat listening to the Cabrera sisters’ music. looove their energy too! 🙂
thank you Nicole and Jonessa for dropping by!

thank you to those who went!
after Ponti, I was then reunited with my frenemy from Białystok: Polish Vodka. This particular one, Żubrówka, is known for the piece of bison grass inside (it’s illegal in the United States). It’s amazing that even from miles away, little pieces of Poland are present, reminding me of my awesome stay there. 🙂

na zdrowie!

xx
