I’ve was going through my hard drive when I realized I’ve never posted this. A shame really, coz this has got to be one of my favorite brunches ever. Like in my whole life. Seriously. As in thinking of it is making my mouth water that I actually called my boyfriend to ask him out for brunch this Sunday. I’m not kidding nor am I exaggerating; I really loved it that much. Anyway. Without further ado, the yummiest all-day breakfast in Singapore: Wild Honey.

For him: Norwegian. Avocado, grilled asparagus spears, two perfectly poached eggs wrapped with imported Norwegian smoked salmon, homemade Hollandaise & salmon pearls on our own whole-wheat brioche. For me: Spanish Hash. Diced Chorizo, house corned beef & potato, two perfectly poached eggs & Hollandaise Sauce with grilled ciabatta.

Fruit Salad. The fruit salad is the perfect ending to our breakfast, it adds a nice balance to the richness of the previous dishes. It’s light and refreshing, yet still packed with flavor. Also, you can never go wrong with a side of Canadian bacon and a latte – be it iced or hot.
Oh, Wild Honey, you really make my heart (and stomach!) sing ♥︎
If there’s a place in Singapore that I can totally vouch for having value for money, it’s Wild Honey. It’s pretty expensive compared to the other brunch places BUT you’re assured of having a good meal (taste-wise and portion-wise) in a really cozy atmosphere.
They don’t take reservations for their Mandarin Gallery outlet, but you can make reservations for the one in Scotts Road. I suggest you book a table in advance coz it easily gets packed. Another suggestion to make your breakfast more enjoyable is to bring your own wild honey coz as we all know, everything is best shared with your loved ones.
