I can’t believe we’re already on the latter end our London trip!! For some reason, now more than any other holiday, I am having major vacation withdrawal days before even stepping on the airport. Can I stay longer, please??? πŸ™

The weather is cold, but not too cold – or maybe I came better prepared this time – and I’m slowly coming to terms with the improbability of seeing snow. Our AirBnb is exactly like the photos, and I couldn’t ask for a prettier flat or a better starting point for our daily adventures. It’s also been the longest time that Luke and I had to deal with each other – just each other – for 24/7. It wasn’t always pretty, but hey.. we’re still together. Good job to us! And gold stars for him for watching TV series with me early in the morning coz I’ve finally succumbed to that strange phenomenon called jet lag.

Funny how I’ve just gotten rid of my jet lag and now I have to fly back soon. British humor at its best, haha. But seriously though, apart from the disconcerting darkness at 4 in the afternoon, I loved the past few days. It reminded me of things I wanted to do and to achieve. And like my New York trip, it gave me a taste of what it’s like to be the person I’ve always wanted to be.

So here’s to making the most of today and working on a tomorrow that will make yesterday damn proud.

Cheers, mates!
