Apart from jogging (okay fine, mostly brisk walking) around campus, I noticed I’ve been incorporating something else to my exercise routine. Usually during the latter part of my run, I make my way to Gesu for a few minutes of “recharge”. I am not the most religious person. I sometimes even find myself questioning some teachings and practices of the Church. But I can not deny the glory of God and it is through these moments of silence that I recharge our relationship. <\/div>\n
