\nMy second day in Manila was definitely more relaxed than the first. I only had one thing planned and that was to spend time with my Roxas family. Ours is a very close family with a weekly Sunday get together and since I’ve been missing out a lot of those, they brought me to one of their current favourites – Mama Lou’s Italian Kitchen in the south.<\/p>\n

\nYummy yummy half and half pizza. Mama Lou’s Special on one side – tomato, mozzarella, prosciutto, mango, arugula, balsamic cream – and quattro formaggi – mozzarella, brie, cheddar, and blue cheese – on the other.<\/div>\n

\nMozzarella sticks because Roxas cousins love love love mozzarella sticks. Yup, this was for us “kids”. “Cousins only!!!” hahaha<\/div>\n

\nI didn’t get to try the other dishes but I’m not complaining coz we had seconds and even thirds of these favorites. With their rustic yet tasty comfort food, I could definitely understand why my family frequents Mama Lou’s. It’s a place for hearty meals that’s best shared with the people closest to your heart. <\/div>\n
